What if you cant put your arm behind your back or just barely. And I can't raise arm all the way up. Already in pt a d she thinks its frozen shoulder. Is it rotator cuff impingement.

What is one way to heal the subscapularis and restore function if you have an adhesion/lesion?

Thank you for producing such informative videos! If your patient has pain when their hand is placed at the lower thoracic spine, but not at the mid-lumbar sign, would you consider this a positive Lift Off Test? Or, is that just improperly performing the test with an incorrect placement of the hand?

These videos are great I really appreciate what you all are doing for young healthcare professionals! I do have one question though. Our professors want us to not only learn sensitivity and specificity, but also utility score. Now I've looked around and nobody else knows what exactly that is or how to find it? Anything you can do to help?
